Requirements:

    It is assumed that there is currently a SQL server running on the system.

    There is an active SKU database attached to the SQL server.
    
 
Folder content:

   This folders contains programs and data released at the time of this installations
   wrighting. You should check for updates to these as the software is contiually evolving.
   These would be copied to the c:\pos folder.


"Scripts" contains the scripts required to attach the database.

"SNC_AR DB" contains the database in a compressed archive.


The Database:
    Copy the zipped database snc_ar to the target system. 
    Extract to the SQL data folder. Usually c:\program files\microsoft sql server\mssql\data

    Copy the scripts folder to the target system. The folder must be in the root of c:.
    Example: c:\scripts

    Use the script AR_AttachDB.bat  to attach the database to the sql server.
    Use the script AR_GrantAccess.bat to allow access to the database attached above.

ODBC:
    An ODBC connection is required on all PC's running VCRetail4.exe and SNC_TS.exe. 
    Use the ODBC administrator tool to create a system DSN ARdb. 
    Select SQL authentication. select default database SNC_AR.

    To enable the use of this database...

    There is a new PSTL1 form.
    Field "Enable AR,Invoice,Catering at trml" = 1 = Use relational database.

    Note this is a per terminal feature
